I’ve pondered the name a lot, because “couple’s session” and “couple photography” exclude polyamorous relationships. Love photography sounds a bit corny, but I’ll keep that until I come up with something better!
In love sessions I want to celebrate your unique love and relationships. I’ll ask you how you like to spend time together and we’ll do just that – it might be a trip to the woods, hanging out at home or something completely different! I will document the love and affection that you have for each other and the special dynamics. Instead of posing you stiffly, I give you loose instructions and let you move and live as you do, yet never leaving you alone.

Send me a message and tell me about your relationship and your hopes and dreams! Who are you, why are you reaching out? When do you want to be photographed, do you already have a place and consept in mind, or shall we start from zero?
I will get back to you within 24 hours, probably ask some more questions and propose few dates. When we set the date, I’ll send you a contract to sign, all the info you need for your next step and an invoice for the 200 € deposit.

I’ll send you a guide to help you prepare for your session. In addition to preparing tips, there will be some questions and a request for all of you to collect some visual references to guide our planning as well as a playlist for your session to set you in the right mood, if you feel like it!
Planning is a big part of the process. You’ll get a perfect chance to reflect on your favorite things in your relationship(s). If anything comes to mind that you feel like it might be useful for me to know, tell about it. The more you plan, the more you tell, the more precisely I can meet your needs!

On your day, we meet in agreed location, go through your wishes and questions if you have any at that point, and start when everyone feels ready!
For the whole experience there’s no time limit, but it usually takes approximately two hours – I ask you to schedule as much as you can (at least three hours) to avoid the hustle. If we have the 1 hour time limit, I’ll set an alarm to 45 mins so that we don’t have to worry about it.
During your session I will tell you what to do (but also leave lots of space to your natural dynamics), you don’t have to know anything beforehand! I won’t force you in any precise poses but rather give you ideas and options by showing examples and suggesting tasks. I never touch you without consent or comment on your body in any way.

I’ll send you a sneak peek within a couple of days! I’ll give you instructions on how to look at the photos, and ask you to tell if you want me to edit something.
I don’t, for example, touch your skin without a request, but can edit out any skin breaks, bruices, rashes etc, that would naturally be gone within a month. I won’t edit your permanent features or your body size – the only exception being self harm scars, if you really want them gone from some of the photos.
You’ll get your finalised 50+ (mini) / 200+ (full experience) images in a digital gallery within two weeks. After that we can check out some products (album, prints and wall art) and you can decide if you want to order some from your images.

Every package includes all the help you need with planning and preparing and a session time. Together we’ll create a fun and unique experience that all of you will want to remember!
The deposit is 200 euros, after that you can pay the rest interest free in as many installments as needed.

Your relationships are yours to define! In love photography we usually focus on romantic love, but we’ve had for example platonic partners in the sessions. If there are more than two of you, we can alternate between pairs and groups.

That’s totally fine, no matter what reason. Just let me know as early as you can!
In Turku rescheduling is always free, if I’m traveling to you (and have no other reasons to do the trip), I may have to ask you to cover my travel expenses.

It’s totally up to you to decide, I will ask about it after you’ve seen your photos! Getting new client work for my portfolio and socials is crucial, but it’s not your responsibility to provide me any, if you don’t feel comfortable with it.
