Send me a message and tell me about your wishes and fears! Who are you, what made you reach out, what do you wish from your portrait session? When would be the optimal time and where do you want us to photograph (you are welcome to our home studio in Turku, but it can also be anywhere else)? 

Note! You can find our accessibility information here. We have ramps for outdoor and the thresholds indoors, but the toilet space is tight. If you need a more accessible space, let me know and we’ll find one for our session with no extra charge.

I will get back to you within 24 hours, probably ask some more questions and propose few dates. When we set the date, I’ll send you a contract to sign, all the info you need for your next step and an invoice for the 200 € deposit.

I’ll send you a guide to help you prepare for your session. In addition to preparing tips, there will be some questions and a request for you to collect some visual references to guide our planning as well as a playlist for your session to set you in the right mood – if you feel like making one!

Planning is a big part of the process, but you can do it as lightly or intensively as you wish. You’ll get a perfect chance to reflect on your self image and what you hope from the portrait session.

If you, for example, have trauma triggers or anything else that I can take into account, let me know. The more you plan, the more you tell, the more precisely I can meet your needs! 

On your session day, I will be here for you from the moment we meet to the moment you go home with a smile on your face. At the beginning we’ll still sit down, chat a bit and discuss our common rules and wishes before we start. 

For the full experience there is no time limit for the session, but it usually takes approximately 1-2 hours – I ask you to schedule as much as you can (at least three hours) to avoid the hustle. During your session I will tell you what to do, you don’t have to know anything beforehand! I won’t force you in any precise poses but rather give you ideas and options by showing examples. I never touch you without consent or comment on your body or appearance in any way, unless you ask me to!

If you choose the full gallery beforehand, you’ll get your sneak peeks with a couple of days and the finalised 50+ (mini) / 200+ (full) images in a digital gallery within two weeks.

If you choose to pay for the photography fee + a smaller package of images, you get an online gallery and instructions for selecting your photos via email within a week. You can decide on the final amount of the photos after you’ve seen them!
