Send me a message and tell me about your hopes and dreams! Who are you, how did you meet each other, what do you expect from your wedding photographer? When and where are you getting married?

I will get back to you within 24 hours, send you a couple of full galleries to skim through, maybe ask some more questions and answer yours. I’d also love to have a video call or meet face to face before you make your decision! When you decide to book, I’ll send both of you a contract to sign and an invoice for the 20% deposit.

After that, I’m available for you every day till your wedding via email and whatsapp!

Feel free to ask me anything – it doesn’t have to be about photography, I’ve been to 100+ weddings and planned my own – I have a lot of knowledge! I’ll also hope that you write down your wishes and collect some visual references. The more you share with me, the more precisely I can meet your needs.

We will have the “official” meeting approximately one month prior to your wedding. I prefer meeting face to face, but if we don’t live in the same city and nor you or I have any other reason to travel, video call is fine too! We’ll go through the schedule, all your wishes and fears, any specific images that are important to you. Basically everything you might want me to know beforehand!

If your wedding is more than two hours away from Turku or if we’ve agreed to start early, I will get there the night before. On your day, I’ll be there for you. I’ll do my job documenting everything but I’m also ready to help with anything you might need. I hope that both of you trust me and feel comfortable being around me by this point!

I wish that you send me an approximate schedule of your wedding day via mail beforehand (with all the last minute changes), so that I will know where to be and when, and don’t have to disturb you or your wedding team with questions. I hope that you’ll schedule time for the portraits, as generously as is suitable for you, but at least an hour shared in two or three slots!

I will send you a small sneak peek the day after you wedding, to post on social media or just for you and your closest ones to admire. I will need up to five weeks to prepare the full gallery and up to six weeks with any videos.

When I get the images done, I will send you a password protected gallery with all of them in optimal size for web and social media use. You can either share the gallery with your guests as it is, or mark me the ones you want to share, and I delete the rest. Within two months I’ll send you a USB with both web and full sized photos and possible video files, and a few prints of your day.

I can also prepare an album or some other kind of physical form of your favourite photos.
