Wedding portraits – “gothic with a good taste”

We met at Love Me Do wedding fair. Kirsi looked at my photos, felt a connection to their wishes, and we chatted a bit. I told them to send me a message after getting home if they wish to book, and they did!

I had another wedding session in Puotila a year before our date and I realised that it fits our wishes with its autumn colors and woodsy vibes. We kept our eyes open for the whole year but ended up meeting in Puotila. In our meeting they asked for “gothic vibes with good taste”, and I loved the assignment.

The best part (in addition to our similar aesthetics) was that we had all the time we needed! When the portrait session is part of the actual wedding day, usually time is very limited – it was super fun to have time to try everything that came into our minds! I’m quite glad with the outcome. I’m now manifesting more black wedding dresses in front of my camera!
